JIRA provides for more opportunities for open API’s than Bugzilla. The
tool provides more set up flexibility in terms of creating multiple
workflows and fields. The reporting capabilities including the
individualized dashboards are superior to those of the other products.
JIRA is not just a defect management tool, but also a task management
tool. It blows Bugzilla out of the water.
