Topic: Working with Offshore teams

I am looking for some help in established some processes to develop a
consistent and regular way of communication and feed back with the
offshore team and also put in place some QA processess that can be
followed without a lot of coordination.
In
other words the problem I am facing is that I am finding it tough to
communicate across what I want to be accomplished in the manner I want
it accomplished without a lot of to and fro and wastage of time.
Any pointers would help.
