Hello
This is my first post Can anybody tell me what is the really differences between CMM level 2 and level 3 I know level 2 is repeatable because it is planned and tracked but really I do not understand what does it mean? Is repeatable means that the process used in software development are repeatable or what? Explain please. And what does transferable means in level 3?
