I am responsible in intiating an independent QA team in my
organization.I am in the process of preparing templates,defining
methodology,strategy and terminologies.My organization is in the
process of setting up a test lab.I prepared a test lab plan and test
lab outline.Can anyone suggest things that i need to consider to make
this successful.
