Topic: Metrics Test Effectiveness

   We are in the process of generating metrics for findiong
Test Effectiveness from Various perspectives like, effeciency of the
tester, effeciency of the develpoer,etc.. We are using a TestDirector
as the defect tracking tool.

We are looking for Metrics for the above said and their formulas. It would be great if anyone helps me with this.
