We have been using http://www.solix.com/data_privacy_oracle_ebusiness_suite.htm - data masking in our business very effectively for quit some time now. Masking helps in hiding the specific fields that identify an individual, potentially exposing customers or employees to identity theft or other forms of privacy invasion.
