Job Description

Context & Role:

Management role and responsible for framing Quality processes (adhering to ISO-20000 & ISO-9001:2000) for IT operations & services.
Would also be responsible for ensuring adherence, maintaining metrics & compliance.
Will work in close co-ordination with Information Security Manager.

Reporting to: Director-IT

Key Responsibilities:


' Framing IT processes based on Overall Corporate IT standards
' Ensuring adherence of the processes by all stakeholders
' Responsible for Incident reporting, Exception event handling
' Direct responsibility for Configuration management
' Will maintain all records (Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, Templates and work records)
' Direct responsible for ISO-20000
' Direct responsible for ISO-9001: 2000 QMS for IT production delivery
' Will work closely on compliance & controls audits

Measures of Performance:

' Organization attaining ISO-20000
' Organization attaining ISO-9001:2000
' Ensuring proper configuration management
' Compliance to Corporate standards
' Performance on Balanced score card

Desired Candidate Profile

IT professional with minimum 8 years experience in Quality in IT related areas,predominately looking for candidates with ITIL/ISO 20000 background.
