Job Description
Senior Project Manager-Test
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad
Required Profile:
Manages large testing engagements (75+ team members)
Handling team dynamics & conflicts
Independently runs and reports project profitability, resource management, client management, training, mentoring
Conducts reviews on mutually agreed timelines
Issue Resolution
Prepare and report to Management on projects regarding resource utilization, implementation issues
Client ownership on testing engagements
Manages large testing engagements (75+ team members)
Handling team dynamics & conflicts
Independently runs and reports project profitability, resource management, client management, training, mentoring

Desired Candidate Profile
Required skills:
9 to 12 years of work experience at least 1-2 years in a similar role
International exposure
Strong experience in testing methodologies, metrics, management
Strong experience with testing tools
Strong experience / exposure in test process management, managing large Test CoEs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel short / long term
