Topic: From Application software Testing to Embedded Syst

Hi All
I am basically an Electronics graduate dreaming to work with Embedded Systems (both H'ware and S'ware),
but working in "Application Software Testing".
Having 2 yrs of experience in this (manual + Automation -Rational XDE,QTP)

Wanting to migrate to Embedded system Testing.

Ppl please help me to upgrade my skill set.
I am in need of internet resources in these lines.
