2)    Capable of handling end to end performance testing engagement.

3)    Expert level knowledge using one of the Performance testing tool. Preferably LoadRunner

		4)    Experience in handling clients independently

5)    Thorough knowledge in any of the cutting technology like Java, J2EE, C#, Siebel, any RDBMS etc.,

6)    Good oral and written communication skills.
