        Job Description
          1. Ability to interact with the team and interact with client ( if necessary).

2. Good communication skills.

3. Good Team player and should have lead and managed minimum 5-10 resources.

4. Ability to understand the requirement and create test cases.

5. Ability to understand the application and do a test plan based on that.

6. Hands on Experience in both Automation and Manual testing for Web Based Applications ( Functional, Unit, System).

7. Hand of experience on doing Load Testing/Performance Testing.

8. Should have knowledge or exposure to Systems Testing.

9. Should be able to configure the environment for testing and later on create a team to do that.

10. Should have used some Configurations management tools to track the bugs/issues.

11. Capable of derive metrics based on the data captured in the configuration management tool of testing.

12. Should be able represent in ISO /CMM audit for testing.

13. Relevant exposure to ISO or CMM process or Six Sigma.

14. Good presentation and documentation skills.
