  		3 to 5 Years of developer experience 

1.Technical Aptitude with Z-series and utilities (JCL, Cardlibs, Proclibs, CA-7 and TSO)

2.Understanding of File structure (VSAM, $IAM and Native IAM) and CICS

3.Strong knowledge of systems (program design, flowcharting, coding testing debugging)

4.Experience in integration testing in Mainframe environment

5.Familiar with SDLC and Quality processes.

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		Must Have Skills: 3 to 5 Years of developer experience
