CMMI level exposure as well.

?XEstablishing and maintaining the Quality Management System abiding to ISO 9001:2000 and CMMI V1.2 standards

?XFacilitating the projects and departments in implementing the process flawlessly

?XConducting the awareness sessions about various quality related subjects

?XConducting the internal quality audits and configuration audits

?XAssisting the projects and departments in collecting and analyzing the metrics

?XAnalyzing the metrics according to the Quality Goals of organization using SPC techniques
