Major Job Responsibilities:

- Engineers will be responsible to test features of products to ensure they meet design specifications and product requirements.

- Develop proficiency in performing system operations and execution of tests.

- Responsibilities also include generating test rules and test cases / calendars, generating defects, tracking defects for related product areas and work closely with development to resolve technical issues

- Required to be able to perform user setup / application / process flow debugging related to individual setup

- Ability to evaluate and perform root cause analysis on issues in attempts to further clarify defects and determine possible workarounds.

- Involved in the estimation of work effort.

- Will be required to guide and direct junior level QA personnel and assist development and other cross functional teams.
