   Knowledge on overall system architecture 
  Knowledge over the design and architecture.
  Knowledge over network and protocols..
  Aware of methodology to analyze and find bottlenecks of the systemfrom the test reports and system architecture documents
   Has Programming Skills 
  Knowledge over C, C++, Java or .Net
   Expertise in Performance Testing Tool 
  Install, support, understand, and use the performance tools effectively
  Evaluate, recommend Performance tools for a given situation
   Exposure to performance monitoring 
  Setup performance monitoring tools or processes
  Collect and collate the data monitored
  Analyze and identify any performance bottlenecks
   Skills : Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance Testing, Performance Monitoring, Performance Analysis
   Minimum 6 months of Performance Testing Experience 
   Interviews to be conducted on 24th Nov'07  at the below Venue:
