          Skills Sets :

* Good understanding of CMMI & ISO guidelines .

* Conduct training on ISO & SEI-CMMI Implementation

* Capable of carrrying out proces & product audits.

* Will be a part of project life cycle at all milestone to ensure that the correct processes are being followed .

* Will be able to collect  & understand the metrics .

* Software background with Quality .

* Been inviolved in a CMMI assessed company .

* Must have good verbal & written communication skills .

* Must be a good team player .
