        Job Description

The job includes defining and documenting QMS, participation in CMMi
Implementation, Generation of Organization level metrics, Managing
Tools, ISO compliance & conducting internal audits. 

        Desired Profile 
          1) Candidate must possess thorough knowledge of Software process improvement cycle.

2) Must have prior experience of participation in CMM or CMMi Implementation.

3) Should be excellent in metrics management and should be aware of various review techniques using statistical tools.

4) Knowledge of ISO processes desired.

5)Good written and verbal communication and team skills are a must.

6)Sound knowledge of SDLC and Product Development cycle required.
