  		 Responsible for: 
  Client interaction
 Understanding the business needs and requirements of the client 
 Developing User Acceptance Test Plan and User Acceptance Test Scenarios 
 Assist test team in creating test plans and teat cases based on business requirements. 
 Conducting Module Test and System Integration Testing to ensure quality and system meets specification 
 Conducting User Training 
 Coordinating User Acceptance Testing and Support to Clients
 Manage client expectations, facilitate communication and contribute to client satisfaction of implementation.  

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		At least 3 years as a Business Analyst in similar capacity 
Must be independent and a fast learner 
Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System preferred
