  		1.      Create Test Strategy for the project

2.      Define test beds and test procedures

3.      Set up testing environment and tools

4.      Create functional and non-functional test cases for all levels within the scope of testing

5.      Execute tests, track and monitor defects to closure.

6.      Defect prevention

  	 	Desired Candidate Profile

		1.      Insurance industry certification would be preferred (LOMA)    

2.      Certification in testing.     

3.      Prior experience with an IT firm in Life Insurance based projects preferable.     

4.      Have exposure on Enhancement/ Migration/ Maintenance type of projects.    

5.      Execution  Prioritizing & Multitasking, Collaborative Teamwork   

6.      Client facing skills    

7.      Shall be in a position to take quick action, accountability and  responsibility.
