1.*As a member of the project testing team, candidate will be assigned to small projects or to phase(s) of larger project(s).
2.* Conduct routine testing or test as per the test specifications laid out.
3.* Interact with the development team to provide test results and the impacts on product quality.
4.Should be innovative in testing applications.
5.Correct errors and retest to achieve an error free result.
6.* Write test Cases for the given Test Specifications
7.* Write test scripts to maximize the automation and automate testing.
8.* Responsible for technical documentation of tests results and program specifications including test failures and successes.
9.* Applies Testing tools, procedures, functions and routines towards delivering the assigned activity or task - under supervision and guidance.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.*Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering field, testing applications is required.
2.*Experience in creating test cases/scenarios is required.
3.*Perform Functional Testing; Positive/Negative and Scenario Based Testing.
4.Experience with Load/Stress/Performance Testing is a plus.
5.Ability to find problems and defects fast.
6.Assess perceived quality and associated risks.
7.Competent and creative in use of the technology and supporting tools for testing purposes.
8.Good understanding of entire Testing process.
9.Good to have experience with testing tool QTP and Java application
10.*Proven communication, and interpersonal skills.
11.Ability to work effectively as a team member or individual contributor.
